Grilled Stuffed Jalapeños

Jalapeños (12-15)
Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Onion powder (1 tsp)

Salt and pepper to taste
